summertime strolls... — hello sunshine

hello melrose/fairfax/wilshire district. thank you for making stroller time mighty fine. i still can't fit my crazy double stroller into half of your boutiques but you get a pass for your awesome murals and pretty colored walls.

something smells fishery around here...but for real there are, quite frankly, a lot of random shops in the fairfax district. i love it.

no surprise maxwell went pretty bananas over this mural. hopefully this one sticks around for a while. knox was asleep, thus unavailable for comment.

and then the holy grail for stroller mamas, the grove. everything you need all in one place. i have strolled many a step here...

i wasn't sure anything would top the teepee wall until maxwell saw this. and he asked me: "mama, what's this?" and i said, "those are pinwheels, papa," to which he replied, "no mama. those are STARS!" not gonna argue with that...
